Music Lessons: A Fun Challenge
The ability to play a musical instrument and to appreciate music can bring a lifetime of enjoyment. Simply put, music is fun! But it is also a challenge. Students that stick with it long term will tell you that it’s actually the challenge that makes music fun. Gloria Widdows and her two boys understand this. This Portland area family has stuck with piano lessons at Oregon Music Academy for a number of years. Gloria even got in on the fun by taking piano lessons herself!
In this video testimonial, Gloria explains how all of the music teachers at OMA have been professional and helped her kids have fun and learn at the same time.
Keeping the challenge fun can be, well… a challenge. That’s why it’s so important to find a great piano teacher to guide you through beginning to learn music and playing piano. You’ll find professional, positive, passionate music teachers at OMA that can help your child discover the fun hidden in the challenges of learning to play piano or any of the other musical instruments we teach here. My name is Gloria Widdows and my husband’s name is Tom. I have two boys: Elijah, eight years old and Joshua, six years old.
My husband and I are very happy with the professional people who work here. They really connect with the children. I mean, they are very eager to greet them when they come, to talk to them, to be involved in their little lives.
The teachers challenge them. It’s not just come here and have fun. It’s also they have fun but at the same time they are learning and they don’t even realize they are learning.
They love it!
